We work to represent our digital products accurately, but appearance may vary by device. Descriptions may change without notice, products may be discontinued, and availability may be limited by person, region, or jurisdiction.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. FingerStyle Path may accept or decline an order at its discretion. An order is accepted after payment is processed and acceptance is confirmed. Review your order carefully before submitting it.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price in effect when an order is placed appears in the order confirmation. You agree to provide accurate payment information and are responsible for applicable charges and taxes.

Our products are delivered digitally. Delivery times are estimates, and access may depend on third-party email, payment, and hosting services beyond our control. Risk associated with an incorrect email address or inaccessible inbox remains with the customer.

The Services and their trademarks, text, images, graphics, product materials, reviews, video, audio, and design belong to FingerStyle Path or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or publicly shared without written permission.

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. They are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsement. Your use of optional tools is at your own risk and subject to the relevant third party’s terms.

Third-party content, products, services, or links may direct you to websites not affiliated with us. FingerStyle Path is not responsible for examining their content or accuracy, or for harm related to third-party purchases or use. Review third-party policies before transacting.

Our store is powered by Shopify, but purchases are made directly with FingerStyle Path. Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and FingerStyle Path or for resulting loss, damage, or injury.

Personal information submitted through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because Shopify hosts the Services, Shopify also collects and processes information about your access to and use of them.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display it. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it and that it is lawful and accurate.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information or cancel orders affected by inaccurate information at any time, including after an order is submitted.

You may use the Services only lawfully. You may not violate laws or rights, submit harmful or misleading material, impersonate others, spread malware or spam, scrape or exploit the Services, bypass security measures, or interfere with another person’s use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or employment relationship between you and FingerStyle Path. Neither party may bind the other without express written authority.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FingerStyle Path and its partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs arising from the Services or products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FingerStyle Path, Shopify, and their affiliates, personnel, contractors, licensors, and providers from third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or use of the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law and severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

A failure to exercise or enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements and communications.

You may not delegate, transfer, or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations without notice, subject to applicable law.

These Terms and related agreements are governed by the applicable laws and courts in the jurisdiction where FingerStyle Path is headquartered, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms by posting changes on this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
